Unsubscribe Options
From PrivacyPortfolio.com and Yo‐AI.ai
There are 3 ways to unsubscribe:
- General Unsubscribe
- One‐Click Unsubscribe
- TrustedSender Universal Unsubscribe Preferences
Each method is designed for use by humans AND automated processes including AI agents.
General Unsubscribe
General Unsubscribe Form for humans and agents that
removes the submitted email address from all email subscriptions sent from Yo‐AI.
Emailing the Solicitor-General does the same.
One‐Click Unsubscribe
Subscriber token embedded in unsubscribe link in the footer of email messages sent from Yo‐AI:
uniquely identifies you
and removes your email address from the subscription list used for a specific campaign.
No landing page or form is used; one click unsubscribes.
TrustedSender Universal Unsubscribe Preferences
This option is for Recipients who have registered as TrustedSenders only:
Go to TrustedSender Universal Unsubscribe,
enter your TrustedSender identifier,
and select your preferences for unsubscribing one or more email addresses or domains,
specific campaigns,
and communication channels including voice, SMS texts, chats, audio and video recordings, social media, and APIs.
NOTE: This is the most complete and flexible method of governing your communication preferences.
You can find more information at: trustedsender-registration.
Explanation of Terms Used
Tools
Yo‐AI agents may be authorized to use tools from our Tool Registry.
Paubox, a HIPAA‐compliant email security gateway, provides a set of tools, including
the Paubox Marketing API for managing mailing lists.
Subscriptions
Each mailing list is called a "Subscription".
A Subscription‐Id links each list to its intended use, known as a "Campaign" on Yo‐AI.
Campaigns
"Campaign‐Subscriptions", in Yo‐AI terms, should not all be classified as "marketing",
"promotional" or "commercial" in nature.
PrivacyPortfolio publishes README"s for each campaign
it runs on the Yo‐AI Assurance Platform.
Subscribers
Recipients of a mailing list are called "Subscribers" in the Paubox Marketing API,
which uses a "Subscriber UUID" to uniquely identify each recipient.
NOTE: The term "Subscriber" should not imply that the recipient consented to join a mailing list.
Contacts
Paubox ALSO uses the term "Contacts" interchangably with "Subscribers" for the entire dataset of
list‐recipients regardless of status (unsubscribed, deleted, etc.)
The term "Contacts" DOES NOT APPLY to your contacts in an email client such as Gmail or Outlook,
your mobile device, nor any other list of email addresses and phone numbers outside of
Subscriber‐Contacts in the Paubox Marketing API.
TrustedSenders
"TrustedSender" is the term used to identify a list‐recipient
that has registered with the Yo‐AI Assurance Platform,
consenting to receive and send communications through specific communication channels
and for specific communication or campaign purposes.
Agent Identity & Participation Declaration
My Yo‐AI agents participate in communication flows which helps me manage subscriptions, preferences, and interactions
between individuals or organizations and these two domains:
privacyportfolio.com, and yo‐ai.ai.
This declaration explains how Yo‐AI agents operate, how they identify themselves, and how organizations can benefit
from supporting agent‐friendly communication channels.
- How My Agents Communicate
- My Yo‐AI agents use standard communication tools ‐‐ including email, SMS, voice, and social media posts ‐‐ to help me manage interactions with TrustedSenders.
- Opportunity:
Organizations that support agent‐friendly communication channels
gain access to faster, more accurate, and more reliable exchanges.
- TrustedSender‐Only Interaction Preference
- Yo‐AI agents are governed by their declared capabilities, their use of tools, and access controls for who they interact with, which resources they can access, and for what purpose.
- Opportunity:
TrustedSenders are prioritized over Un‐TrustedSenders.
Friction is reduced for TrustedSenders because they are identifiable, registered entities who actually want to engage with me.
The experience for TrustedSenders is negotiated according to your preferences and mine.
These preferences form a (written) service contract for trusted, Agent‐to‐Agent interactions. Yo‐AI agents are trained to comply with these negotiated agreements. - Risk:
Messages from non‐TrustedSenders may be ignored, deprioritized, or routed to dead letter queues.
- No Impersonation, No Credential Use
- My agents do not log into my accounts. They do not impersonate me. They do not use my credentials.
Instead, they operate with a unique agent fingerprint embedded in HTML and SMTP headers.
This fingerprint appears in event logs so your systems can identify agent‐originated actions. - Opportunity:
This improves transparency and reduces fraud risk for both parties.
- My agents do not log into my accounts. They do not impersonate me. They do not use my credentials.
- Authorized Representation Preference
- My agents are authorized to represent me, make decisions, and take actions on my behalf
‐‐ within the boundaries of my published preferences and policies. - Opportunity:
Organizations can treat agent originated actions as authoritative,
reducing ambiguity and improving workflow efficiency.
- My agents are authorized to represent me, make decisions, and take actions on my behalf
- Becoming a RegisteredSubscriber (Optional, High Value)
- TrustedSenders may choose to become RegisteredSubscribers on the Yo‐AI Platform.
This enables access to Kafka topics published from logged events like the "Decision‐Diary". - Opportunity:
TrustedSenders who become RegisteredSubscribers can access how automated decisions are made,
and sometimes, the decision's impact on individual Stakeholders. - Reward:
You gain visibility into the Consumer Journey ON BOTH SIDES
and can measure the performance of Yo‐AI interactions with you, your agents, and Stakeholders you share the information with.
- TrustedSenders may choose to become RegisteredSubscribers on the Yo‐AI Platform.
- Onboarding RegisteredAgents
- RegisteredSubscribers can register their own AI Agents on the Yo‐AI Platform where they can represent you or your organization on my platform, interacting directly with Yo‐AI Agents, and access common platform resources.
- Opportunity: Agent‐to‐Agent (A2A) exchanges outperform all other engagement models in speed, accuracy, and auditability.
- Reward:
Your organization gains access to documented, real time, machine verifiable interactions
‐‐ reducing operational overhead and improving customer experience.
- Mutual Benefits, Not Mandates
- cleaner subscription lists
- fewer accidental opt‐ins
- faster unsubscribe processing
- higher engagement quality
- better transparency
- reduced fraud risk
- improved regulatory posture
- access to agent‐driven insights
This is your invitation to participate in a cooperative, agent‐friendly ecosystem.
