What IS a TrustedSender?

A TrustedSender is an identifiable person, or an agent authorized to represent an identifiable person, who may or may not be afilliated with an organization.
A TrustedSender consents by written agreement, to RECEIVE email messages from PrivacyPortfolio or Yo‐AI that are used for:

  • notifying all stakeholders of any communication issues
  • routing requests and tasks to my AI Agents who respond and act on my behalf
  • negotiating access rights to personal datasets
  • monitoring and reporting on compliance with data processing agreements

Above all, a TrustedSender is someone I want to engage with to seize opportunities while minimizing risk for both of us.

Who IS a TrustedSender?

My Yo‐AI Agents decide which Senders are invited to the Yo‐AI Assurance Platform as TrustedSenders.
TrustedSenders can learn how my Yo‐AI Agents use "Decision‐Factors" to generate "Decision‐Outcomes",
and can even input or query "Decision‐Impacts" of named Stakeholders.

"Automated Decision‐Making" may be discriminatory and is subject to laws in some jurisdictions.
The Yo‐AI Assurance Platform serves as a learning laboratory regarding AI transparency and explanability.

Why Trust Me?

I am a California Consumer.
My company, PrivacyPortfolio LLC is my authorized agent that makes decisions and acts on my personal behalf.
My AI Assurance Platform, Yo‐AI, is a zero‐trust environment that exposes event logs to TrustedSenders
so they can monitor what my platform agents use your information for.
It is NOT REGULATED NOR CERTIFIED BY ANY AUDITING FIRM OR GOVERNMENT AGENCY.
PrivacyPortfolio and the Yo‐AI Assurance Platform are subject to the standard contractual rules that apply to signed written agreements between named parties.

Yo-AI agents are trained to comply with signed, written agreements between us.
These agents also attempt to comply with all relevant policies and procedures of named parties.
If there are any issues obstructing compliance with these mandates, Yo-AI agents escalate them to the TrustedSender according to predetermined communication channels.

No Impersonation, No Credential Use

  • My agents do not log into my accounts. They do not impersonate me. They do not use my credentials.
  • Instead, they operate with a unique agent fingerprint embedded in HTML and SMTP headers.
    This fingerprint appears in event logs so your systems can identify agent originated actions.
  • Opportunity: Fingerprinting improves transparency and reduces fraud risk for both parties.

You'll always be able to tell if you are communicating directly and confidentially with ME ‐‐ or my Yo-AI agent.
I built my own AI Agents and host them in my own platform on AWS.
I do not give commercial chatbots like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot access to my file system or any other shared resource
because I have no control over them and don't know what they are capable of doing...

Yo-AI agents adhere to the A2A Protocol which requires AI Agents to declare their capabilities,
in agent cards published at: Yo-AI Agent Directory,
which serves as an enforceable data contract.

My Yo-AI agents also use tools ‐‐ which are listed in a Tool Registry ‐‐ and includes fine‐grained access controls for each agent authorized to use each tool. This information is also included in the capabilities of each agent's ExtendedAgentCard, so you have the information you can validate about me and the activities of my agents.
This relevant information includes:

  • Records I maintain for ALL of communication exchanges between YOU and I,
    as well as ALL my activities involving the organization you are affiliated with.
    • Telephone, SMS, chat, video, social media messages, and email logs
    • Consents and Written Agreements
    • Network Traffic
    • Organizational policies and relevant laws captured at transaction time

I understand why an organization might not trust a Consumer.
Typical Consumers do not:

  • Maintain records of all their purchase histories, support tickets, requests, medical records, complaints, and activity logs.
  • Use AI Agents to manage all their personal, digital affairs.
  • Govern organizations' use of their personal information.
  • Implement consumer‐side security and data governance controls and recommend remediations for specific issues with organizations.

But I DO.
Yo‐AI agents help me by sharing this information with TrustedSenders AND THEIR AI AGENTS,
who can make better‐informed decisions about how, when, and if they want to engage with me.
